Hilmy Cellars is located on Highway 290 in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The Hilmy family started the winery to focus on artisan wines made from grapes grown in Texas. The wines are made with care by our winemakers and are fermented in our cellar using French Oak, American Oak, and stainless steel. Our vineyard grows varietals that thrive in our climate and soil, and our property includes a gorgeous patio overlooking our North Vineyard Block. We are family-friendly, so come out and taste delicious Texas wines!
