December Member Pick-up Party: We eagerly anticipated our December Pick-Up Party and were thrilled to finally celebrate the season with all of our Flock members! It was such a joy to share this special time of year with you, and we loved raising a glass together, enjoying great wine, and kicking off the holidays with laughter and cheer. Wine Competition Awards: We are honored to be named Texas Winery of the Year at the Vine 2 Wine International Wine Competition. Our 2022 Marsanne won Reserve Grand Champion, and we earned 13 additional medals, including two platinum awards for our 2022 Merlot and 2022 Politics & Religion. At the 2025 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition, we won Reserve Texas Grand Champion for both our 2022 Marsanne and 2022 Merlot, and Texas Class Champion for our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, along with gold medals for several wines. Winemaker Dinner & Christmas Gifts: Join us at Hill + Vine in Fredericksburg on Sunday, December 8th, 2024, for a festive Holiday Winemaker Dinner benefiting the THCW Wine Industry Scholarship Fund. The evening will feature 6 Texas Hill Country wineries, including Hilmy Cellars, alongside a thoughtfully curated menu from Hill + Vine's culinary team. Enjoy an unforgettable night with owners and winemakers as you savor a delicious, coursed menu paired with some of the best wines from the Texas Hill Country.
