Complimentary Tastings
Active members and their guests (up to 4 people total per membership per visit) enjoy complimentary tastings while visiting the Tasting Room or Flock Lounge at Hilmy Cellars. This is our way of ensuring FLOCKers can stay in tune with how their wines evolve in the bottle as well as get introduced to our newest wines.
Exclusive Releases
Throughout the year, we are able to secure grapes in limited quantities and are able to produce specialty wines made with artistic care in small batches. We offer access to those wines to our wine club members first.
2026 Quarter 1 Wine Club
Join us for our upcoming Pickup Party on February 1st, 2026, where we will be unveiling the NEW 2021 Robin a bold Rhone blend! This time, we crafted a Rhône-style blend with a Texas twist. While traditional Rhône blends are GSM, we added Carignan for an extra lift of bright, fruit-forward character. This wine has been pre–cellar aged and is ready to enjoy now. Rhône blends are known for packing a punch, and this one is no exception—though with time, it has developed a softer, more refined side.
The 2021 Robin won’t stand alone; joining it in our first allocation of the year are several award-winning favorites: the 2021 Cabernet Franc, 2022 Tejas Blanc, 2022 Sangiovese, 2022 Marsanne, and 2022 Albariño.
