Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. Please send an email to info@hilmywine.com regarding the flawed product with your order number for reference and we will send a replacement bottle free of charge or issue a refund.
