How to Do It.
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. Please send an email to info@hilmywine.com regarding the flawed product with your order number for reference and we will send a replacement bottle free of charge or issue a refund. If you wish to speak with someone regarding the issue, please contact the Tasting Room at (830) 644-2482.
